1 teaspoon salt
Lemon Garlic Aioli (the cheater version)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/4 teaspoon mashed garlic
Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Braai spice [Braai spice is a traditional South African seasoning made from a wonderful, aromatic mix of spices. It's usually used to season meats or vegetables, but I put it basically on everything, including in this aioli. To make your own, check out this recipe! I'm thankful to have been gifted a bag of Braai spice from my Mom when she traveled to South Africa a few months back - thanks Mom!]
