1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cups brown rice crisps [I use the brand Erewhon]
Sprinkle of hemp seeds

Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips & 2 tablespoons coconut oil until smooth in the microwave until smooth.
Combine melted chocolate with 2 cups brown rice crisps.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper & pour out melted chocolate & brown rice crisps mixture onto the baking sheet, making sure to spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
Let chocolate bars cool in the fridge for 30 minutes then cut into desired sizes.
